The pursuit of happiness...

They said that happiness is a state of mind...

This state, is then affected by
facial expressions
posture
cosmetics
smells
the people around you
and of course, thoughts

Once, I remember hearing
a motivational speaker (forgot his name)
saying
Its impossible to feel sad when
one is standing straight
and grinning
so,
when feeling down, or sad
stand up straight and smile...

Yesterday, I read that
you can't feel sad
when you look otherwise
meaning, glowing
so again, when feeling down,
take a look at yourself and ask
how do i look?? just kidding..
then, go give yourself
some color on your face...
may just help brighten the day a little
When you think you look better, naturally
you'll feel better

Isn't it interesting....the amazing difference
a posture, a grin and some color can do...
guess cosmetics does serve, a purpose
more than just beautifying....
